Almost perfect
Just got the iPhone 7, and along with recent updates, this app works even better. Syncs my activities automatically into MyFitnessPal. There are monthly Workout Challenges you can join to pick up the pace on your physical activity goals and the "Coach" actually provides some really helpful and motivating tips/messages. (although the "food/diet" tab is totally off base. Tells me to eat only 1.5 ounces of protein at every meal which cant be right also tons of typos). But other than that, I really like Pacer and I use it daily. It really pushes me to try and hit at least 8k steps per day, if not more, and for that reason alone I would recommend you to download.
